She completed the CILEX Level 3 qualification at the University of Westminster and, before joining Wimbledon Solicitors, gained experience at two other law firms. Since 2021 she has been accredited by the Law Society of England and Wales as a Senior Immigration Caseworker, which reflects her experience in handling complex immigration matters.
Wardah advises clients on a broad range of individual immigration applications, including spouse and partner visas, indefinite leave to remain, British citizenship and naturalisation, visit visas, and family and private life applications. She has particular experience and interest in SET (DV) applications for victims of domestic abuse, and in asylum and protection cases, including complex and sensitive matters that require careful and compassionate handling.
Her experience also includes attending immigration detention centres to advise and assist detained clients. She works with both legal aid and private clients, and speaks English, Urdu and Hindi.
