About Wardah

Wardah Malik is a Senior Immigration Caseworker at Wimbledon Solicitors, based at the South Wimbledon office. She has more than ten years of experience advising and assisting individuals across a wide range of UK immigration matters, and has been with the firm for over five years.

She completed the CILEX Level 3 qualification at the University of Westminster and, before joining Wimbledon Solicitors, gained experience at two other law firms. Since 2021 she has been accredited as a Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme, which reflects her experience in handling complex immigration matters.

Wardah advises clients on a broad range of individual immigration applications, including spouse and partner visas, indefinite leave to remain, British citizenship and naturalisation, visit visas, and family and private life applications. She has particular experience and interest in SET (DV) applications for victims of domestic abuse, and in asylum and protection cases, including complex and sensitive matters that require careful and compassionate handling.

Her experience also includes attending immigration detention centres to advise and assist detained clients. She works with both legal aid and private clients, and speaks English, Urdu and Hindi.

1. Education

   CILEX Level 3, University of Westminster

   Wardah completed the CILEX Level 3 qualification at the University of Westminster before building her career in immigration practice.

2. 10 years

   Experience across three firms

   Wardah gained experience at two other law firms before joining Wimbledon Solicitors, advising individuals across a wide range of UK immigration matters.

3. 5 years

   Joined Wimbledon Solicitors

   Wardah joined the firm's immigration team at the South Wimbledon office, where she has practised for over five years.

4. 2021

   Accredited as a Senior Caseworker

   Wardah was accredited as a Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme, reflecting her experience and expertise in handling complex immigration matters.

5. Today

   Senior Immigration Caseworker
