Overview

Wills and legal documents, handled properly

Wimbledon Solicitors is an SRA-regulated law firm based in South Wimbledon. Our wills and documents service helps individuals and families with making a will, changing a name by deed poll, certifying and attesting documents, legalising UK paperwork for use overseas through the FCDO apostille process, and putting a Lasting Power of Attorney in place.

Everything is handled on a clear fixed fee, agreed and confirmed in writing before we begin. These services are based at our South Wimbledon office, and much of the document work can also be handled by post for clients elsewhere in the UK. Whatever you need, the first step is a free initial phone consultation.

So far, I've had a very positive experience working with shiza ayub over the phone on my divorce paperwork. She has been professional, kind, and has explained everything clearly. She's been responsive to my questions and has made the process much less stressful.

The process isn't finished yet, which is why I'm leaving 4 stars for now, but I'm grateful for all of her help so far and appreciate her support.

I have worked with Selva and the team at Wimbledon Solicitors for the last eight years. I was first introduced to them when I was completely stuck with my application, and they worked day and night to ensure everything was perfect and submitted on time.

Throughout the years, Selva has always been available, incredibly supportive, and willing to offer valuable advice and help whenever I needed it. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their dedication and professionalism.

I highly recommend Shiza Ayub to anyone looking for an immigration solicitor. From the very beginning, she has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive.

She has taken the time to explain every step of the process clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and has always been responsive whenever I needed advice or reassurance. During what has been a very stressful and emotional time, her calm, compassionate, and professional approach has made a significant difference.

I have always felt that my case has been handled with great care and attention to detail. Shiza is approachable, thorough, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Thank you, Shiza, for your dedication, kindness, and ongoing support. I truly appreciate everything you have done and would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone in need of excellent legal representation.

I had a great experience with the staff at Wimbledon Solicitors as they were very welcoming and always eager to give any assistance as soon as I arrived at the reception. In particular, much appreciation goes to Selva who handled my case with utmost professionalism and integrity. She was a very empathetic person and always listened to me and advised me accordingly. I was very anxious at the time because there were general delays but she wasn't hesitant to send emails to the homeoffice and was always quick to give me an update. She always responded to my emails promptly and always returned my calls. I will forever be grateful to Wimbledon Solicitors.
