Wimbledon Solicitors is an SRA-regulated law firm based in South Wimbledon. Our wills and documents service helps individuals and families with making a will, changing a name by deed poll, certifying and attesting documents, and putting a Lasting Power of Attorney in place.
Everything is handled on a clear fixed fee, agreed and confirmed in writing before we begin. These services are based at our South Wimbledon office, and much of the document work can also be handled by post for clients elsewhere in the UK. Our wills and documents service is run from our head office at 191 Merton Road, South Wimbledon. You are welcome to come in to sign a will, have a document attested, or discuss a Lasting Power of Attorney in person.
For many document services, such as deed poll and certified copies, you do not need to live nearby. A good deal of this work can be arranged by phone, email and post, so we can help clients across the UK. If you are unsure whether your matter can be handled remotely, call us and we will let you know.
