The SRA requires the digital badge to be displayed prominently on your website (Transparency Rule 4.1). Many firms also place it in the website footer so it appears on every page.

Professional indemnity insurance

As an SRA-regulated firm, we are required to hold qualifying professional indemnity insurance that meets the SRA's minimum terms and conditions. This protects our clients in the event of a claim arising from the legal services we provide.

The SRA Compensation Fund

Because we are regulated by the SRA, our clients may be eligible to apply for a grant from the SRA Compensation Fund in certain circumstances โ€” for example, if money is lost as a result of a regulated firm's dishonesty or failure to account. The fund is a discretionary safety net of last resort.

Further information about the Compensation Fund and eligibility is available on the SRA website at sra.org.uk/consumers.

Complaints & raising concerns

We are committed to high standards of service. If something goes wrong, we want to know. Complaints about our service are dealt with through our complaints procedure and, if unresolved, the Legal Ombudsman. Concerns about professional conduct (such as dishonesty) can be reported to the SRA directly.

Diversity data

The SRA requires regulated firms to collect and publish data about the diversity of their workforce. We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion across our practice. Our most recent diversity data is available on request, and we publish anonymised summary information in line with SRA guidance.
