Authorisation & regulation
Our firm and the solicitors who work here are subject to the SRA Standards and Regulations. These set out the professional principles and codes of conduct we must follow at all times.

SRA digital badge
As a regulated firm, we display the SRA's clickable digital badge. This confirms our regulated status and links directly to information about the protections that apply when you use a regulated law firm. Clicking the badge will verify our authorisation in real time.
Professional indemnity insurance
As an SRA-regulated firm, we are required to hold qualifying professional indemnity insurance that meets the SRA's minimum terms and conditions. This protects our clients in the event of a claim arising from the legal services we provide.
We hold professional indemnity insurance that meets the SRA Minimum Terms and Conditions. Details of our insurer and the territorial coverage of our policy are available on request.
The SRA Compensation Fund
Because we are regulated by the SRA, our clients may be eligible to apply for a grant from the SRA Compensation Fund in certain circumstances, for example if money is lost as a result of a regulated firm's dishonesty or failure to account. The fund is a discretionary safety net of last resort.

Complaints & raising concerns
We are committed to high standards of service. If something goes wrong, we want to know. Complaints about our service are dealt with through our complaints procedure and, if unresolved, the Legal Ombudsman. Concerns about professional conduct (such as dishonesty) can be reported to the SRA directly.
